Gassman elected vice-chair of ABAs practice section
Gary Gassman, co-chair of Cozen O'Connor's professional liability coverage practice, was recently elected vice-chair of the American Bar Association tort trial & insurance practice section.
TIPS is one of the ABA's largest, most active sections. Gassman is on target to become TIPS chair in two years, serving as chair-elect during the 2020-21 bar year, and rising to Chair in 2021-22. Gassman focuses his national practice on insurance coverage counseling and litigation. He also leads the firm's LGBTQ attorney resource group.
