Astellas ranks in Top 10 companies for women

NORTHBROOK - Pharmaceutical company Astellas was recently ranked in the Top 10 of the 2019 Working Mother "100 Best Companies" list.

Working Mother's annual list honors companies for its leadership in the areas of women's career advancement, paid parental leave, child care assistance, benefits and flextime. At a ranking of number eight, it is the first time Astellas has made the Top 10 and the fifth consecutive year it has been recognized.

"We are honored to be recognized as a Top 10 company for working mothers by supporting the unique challenges that working mothers face," said Eloiza Domingo-Snyder, executive director, Diversity & Inclusion at Astellas. "This significant ranking also recognizes our overall commitment to a workplace culture that fosters workplace development, diversity, and inclusion."
