Pinnacle Dermatology acquires Michigan group

LOMBARD - Pinnacle Dermatology has acquired Brighton Dermatology in Brighton, Michigan.

Terms of the acquisition were not announced.

The addition of Brighton Dermatology and its 5 providers expands Pinnacle Dermatology's footprint in Michigan, where it already operates 13 dermatology clinic locations.

Pinnacle Dermatology will continue serving the patients of Brighton Dermatology at its current location. Medical insurance coverage will remain the same.
