Gunn joins Lee & Associates' Industrial Services Group

Lee & Associates of Illinois in Rosemont announced Calvin Gunn has joined the agency's Industrial Services Group.

Gunn will focus on industrial tenant representation and property sales and leasing.

Prior to joining Lee & Associates in 2019, he served at Cawley Chicago Commercial Real Estate as an associate broker; his main focus included advising clients when developing real estate investment strategies that met their business objectives, involving leasing, acquisitions, and disposition of industrial properties.

Gunn now works alongside Chris Nelson and focuses his time in the O'Hare industrial market and the western suburbs.

He graduated from Elmhurst College in Elmhurst, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Finance. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Illinois, a member of the Young Industrial Brokers Association, an emerging member of Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE), and a member of Knights of Columbus.
