New Northwest Community outpatient clinic opens in Kildeer

Northwest Community Healthcare this week officially opened its new two-story, 50,000-square-foot Outpatient Care Center in Kildeer.

The facility at Rand and Cuba roads replaces the Arlington Heights-based health care system's Immediate Care Center, Medical Group and Outpatient Rehabilitation offices across the street in Lake Zurich.

The new outpatient facility offers primary care, immediate care daily, intensive cardiac rehab, cardiology, gastroenterology, endocrinology, neurology, advanced diagnostic imaging, 3-D mammography, lab services and physical therapy.

"We are extremely proud to offer a wide range of health care services under one roof, provided by an experienced team of physicians and other clinicians, and all within minutes of our patients' homes," said Steve Scogna, the hospital's president and CEO.
