Former Macaroni Grill building in Hoffman Estates sold
HOFFMAN ESTATES - Lee & Associates recently closed a sale for a commercial building at 2575 W. Higgins Road in Hoffman Estates for an undisclosed amount.
The facility is an 8,458-square-foot former Macaroni Grill restaurant on 1.94 acres.
Rick Scardino, a principal of Lee & Associates' Illinois office, represented the buyer, A.C.E. Ala Carte Entertainment is enjoying its 50th year as a leading restaurant/entertainment/event company in the Midwest. Tim Rasmussen of SVN was the seller.
