Niehaus joins Assurance as real estate vice president

Schaumburg-based Assurance announced Jessica Niehaus, JD, CLCS has joined the agency as vice president in its real estate practice.

Niehaus will bring an extensive legal and real estate insurance background to her practice, primarily focusing efforts on providing in-depth coverage analysis, identification and management of risk exposures, and building tailor-made programs to meet client goals and objectives.

Prior to joining Assurance, Niehaus practiced law in Chicago, and beginning in 2014, served as vice president for a national insurance brokerage in Chicago, with a focus on real estate and hospitality. Niehaus earned her Juris Doctor from DePaul University - College of Law and her bachelor's degree from Indiana University with a degree in Public Policy Analysis and Economics. She currently holds her Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist designation. Niehaus is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Executive Women of Chicago, the Real Estate Finance Forum and the Commercial Real Estate Development Association.
