Principle finishes improvement project

LAKE BLUFF - Principle Construction Corp. has completed the construction tenant improvements for Lindemann Chimney & Fireplace at its 11,000 square foot offices at 86 Albrecht Drive in Lake Bluff.

The new tenant needed an updated office space to accommodate its growing businesses. Rosemont-based Principle demolished several walls within the office space to create a new open concept office. They also painted the walls and installed new flooring throughout the space.

Lindemann worked with Principle to create several new amenities for the staff in its office, including a modern kitchen and an in-office workout room. The firm's accounting office also got a new storefront to create a more modern office set up.

"Office tenants are looking for ways to attract employees and keep them happy, so these improvements should help Lindemann accomplish that goal," said Principle COO Mark Augustyn. "We were excited to work with the tenant on this new design."

Augustyn served as the principal on the project. Principle's Ernest Spina was senior project manager, Brad Rostron served as assistant project manager and as project superintendent.
