GC Realty brokers several property deals

ROSELLE - GC Realty & Development LLC recently brokered several commercial estate transactions totaling more than 53,000 square feet.

Terms of the transactions were not announced.

Broker Brad Bullington sold a 22,630 square foot building set on more than 5 acres at 37W370 Route 38, St. Charles. Bullington represented a private trucking company in the purchase of the property that was previously owned by Parent Petroleum of St. Charles.

Brokers Bryan Sonn and Brad Bullington sold the 3,150 square foot building at 11 N. Roselle Road, Roselle. The former MRI center will be the new home of a local State Farm agent.

Bullington sold 15-17 University Drive, Arlington Heights. The 15,000 square foot space is set on 1.34 acres with outdoor storage for contractor use. It will be the new home of Beary's Landscaping.

GC Realty & Development Broker Brad Bullington sold 1001-1005 Oakton Ave., Elk Grove Village. The 8,900 square foot multiunit building will be the new home of Curtis Newborn Photographic. Bullington represented both parties on the transaction and has previously worked with the buyer on numerous other transactions.
