Lee & Associates brokers three transactions

ROSEMONT — Lee & Associates recently closed on three industrial transactions in the O'Hare area.

Michael Plumb, principal, and Brad Simousek, vice president at Lee & Associates' Illinois office, represented the owner of 1975 Cornell Avenue, Melrose Park, in the leasing of 19,800 square feet in the 45,000-square-foot multi-tenant industrial building. Ryan Kehoe, senior vice president at Lee & Associates of Illinois, represented the tenant, SignCo, a local print, design & sign manufacturing company.

In May, Kehoe also represented SignCo when it sold a 6,900-square-foot building at 1327 N. 31st St. in Melrose Park. Buyer Midwest AutoBody was represented by Keller Williams.

Plumb & Simousek also represented the seller in the sale of a 10,000-square-foot industrial building at 750-756 Edgewood Ave. in Wood Dale. David Pernice of SVN Commercial represented the buyer, PIP Properties.
