Clear Height acquires Bensenville industrial building

BENSENVILLE - Clear Height Properties has acquired a multi-tenant industrial building at 464-480 Country Club Drive in Bensenville.

Terms of the acquisition were not announced.

The seller of the property was Aspen Industries. At the time of acquisition, the Country Club Drive building was 100 percent vacant.

The 30,000-square-foot, multi-tenant, industrial building was built in 1973. It is used primarily for warehouse distribution and light manufacturing purposes.

Clear Height is undertaking comprehensive renovations and improvements to the exterior and interior of the property. Exterior capital improvements will feature a redesign of front elevation with new landscaping and facade work, including masonry/flat work. Additionally, new concrete sidewalks, a new asphalt parking lot, new dock staircase(s) and overhead doors also will be added.

Clear Height Properties was represented in the transaction by Justin Lerner, executive vice president at Transwestern. The seller was represented by Marcus & Millichap.
