Pactiv Evergreen files for potential IPO
LAKE FOREST - Pactiv Evergreen Inc., currently known as Reynolds Group Holdings Limited, said Monday it has filed for a porposed initial public offering of stock with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
The manufacturer of food and beverage packaging said the number of shares and price range for the IPO have not yet been determined. The initial public offering is expected to commence after the SEC completes its review process, subject to market and other conditions. There is no assurance that the initial public offering will be completed.
In connection with the propoesed IPO, the company plans to change its name from Reynolds Group Holdings Limited to Pactiv Evergreen Inc.
