Wynnchurch Capital acquires Huntington Foam

ROSEMONT - Wynnchurch Capital L.P. said Tuesday it has acquired Huntington Foam LLC, a leading manufacturer of expanded polystyrene products headquartered in Greer, South Carolina. Transaction terms were not disclosed.

Huntington Foam sells its products to the appliance, automotive and building products markets from its seven manufacturing facilities in the U.S. and Mexico. Huntington will unite under one platform with Arkansas-based Drew Foam Cos. Inc., a Wynnchurch portfolio company.
