Reynolds Consumer Products adds board member

LAKE FOREST - Reynolds Consumer Products Inc. said Allen Hugli, chief financial officer and a director of Rank Group Limited in New Zealand, has been appointed to its board of directors, effective March 19.

Hugli also serves as a director of Pactiv Evergreen (formerly Reynolds Group Holdings Ltd.) where he also served as the chief financial officer from 2009 to 2020, and a director of other entities owned by Graeme Hart, believed to be New Zealand's richest man. Hart owns Rank Group, a private investment company.

Reynolds Consumer Products makes cooking products, waste and storage products and tableware products sold under iconic brands such as Reynolds and Hefty. Its products have a presence in 95% of households across the United States.
