Bosch's Dremel releases new glue pen
MT. PROSPECT - Dremel is introducing a fast-heating, cordless and rechargeable Glue Pen under its Home Solutions line of tools.
Joining the Dremel Flashlight and Electric Screwdriver, the Glue Pen is part of a new line of Dremel Home Solutions tools sold exclusively at The Home Depot. The Dremel Glue Pen is ideal for craft projects, decoration, frame embellishment, costume repair, glue-pen art and minor home repairs, the company said.
Unlike corded glue guns that take around five minutes to heat up, the Dremel Glue Pen heats up in approximately 15 seconds with its indicator light letting you know it is ready or when it needs to be recharged. The tool features an integrated 4-volt MAX rechargeable lithium-ion battery and USB port for convenient charging.
Dremel is owned by Robert Bosch Tool Corp., whose U.S. headquarters are in Mount Prospect.
