Chapman appointed to A Giving Heart Foundation board

HOFFMAN ESTATES - Clearwater Capital Partners said wealth management adviser James F. Chapman has been appointed to the A Giving Heart Foundation board of directors.

In this capacity, Chapman will join a diverse group of Chicago-area leaders to further the organization's mission of combating infantile congenital heart disease or structural heart disease.

A giving Heart Foundation, located in Chicago, funds efforts by some of the world's top pediatric specialists to develop an innovative, first-of-its-kind, dissolvable stent designed especially for children. One out of every 100 babies is born with congenital heart disease or structural heart disease, and too many of them die - more than from any other kind of birth defect. The foundation exists so no child will have to go through open-heart surgery again.

Clearwater Capital Partners was first introduced to A Giving Heart Foundation through the planning of the first annual Clearwater Capital Foundation Charity Car Show. The organization was selected to be one of the three charitable organizations to benefit from the event.

"Since first engaging with A Giving Heart Foundation through our 2021 Car Show event, I have been increasingly impressed by their organization and its leadership," Chapman said. "When presented with the opportunity to join their board and partner along with them to achieve their mission I was extremely excited."

Clearwater Capital Partners is a privately held, independent Registered Investment Advisor. The firm provides comprehensive wealth management services to successful individuals and families through its private client practice.
