The Elgin Area Chamber celebrated the grand opening of South Elgin's brand-new luxury apartments in downtown, Panton Mill Station located on the Fox River. South Elgin Village President Steve Ward led the ceremony with volunteers and staff from the apartments, Village and Chamber for special community event.
