Three Presence Home Care location named Homecare Elite

Three Presence Home Care agencies have been named to the 2016 HomeCare Elite by the National Research Corp.

The agencies are Elgin, Joliet and Kankakee. The Elgin agency has made the list every year since 2008 and also made this year's HomeCare Elite Top 500 list for the second consecutive year.

The 2016 HomeCare Elite is the compilation of the most successful home care providers in the United States. Now in its 11th year, the review names the top 25 percent of agencies based on performance measures. This year, those measures include quality of care, quality improvement, patient experience, process measure implementation, and financial management. The data for this study is based on publicly available information.
