CellTrak names Harris vice president of customer success

CellTrak Technologies in Schaumburg has hired Kristi Harris as vice president of customer success.

Harris brings nearly 20 years of experience in the health care industry, along with areas of expertise in account management, customer services, analytics, and consulting. She has experience working in health care systems and with the partners that contribute to their success. Most recently, she was a vice president and general manager at the enterprise technology firm Evariant, managing teams to provide customer success. Harris has developed and managed teams responsible for software implementation, account management, training, and product support for multiple software companies in the health care space. At CellTrak, she is responsible for those functions worldwide.

CellTrak CEO Mark Battaglia said Karen Paradiso, who previously held the role, will remain with CellTrak in a newly created position "enabling her to work closely with strategic customers to improve the quality and efficiency of the interdisciplinary care they deliver and advance care delivery best practices."
