Fresenius Medical Care renews Elmhurst lease

Fresenius Medical Care has renewed its lease at The Corporate Plaza of Elmhurst.

Fresenius Medical Care currently occupies 22,699 square feet at 501 W. Lake St.

Located in the East-West Corridor submarket, The Corporate Plaza of Elmhurst is a single-story office complex with high visibility on Lake Street that features common docks, office/flex space and desirable interstate access to Route 83 and Interstates 290, 294, and 355. The property is currently 73 percent leased with four spaces available ranging from 4,000 to 13,000 square feet.

NAI Hiffman Executive Vice President Dan O'Neill and Vice President Steve Chrastka represented owner Dukes Bridge LLC in the lease transaction, and Pat Crow of Cresa represented Fresenius Medical Care.
