Pulse names Harding HR coordinator

Schaumburg-based Pulse Technology has named Kendall Harding of Bartlett to the position of human resources coordinator.

She will oversee the company's HR duties for its Illinois and Indiana locations, including recruiting functions, policies and procedures, and working with the staff and outside agencies on matters including insurance and health care providers.

Harding is a former senior corporate recruiter for Chicago-based Freight Management Inc., and served as both talent manager and title market manager for KForce, a Chicago area professional staffing firm. She was previously a manufacturing recruiter for OSC Global in Elgin, a recruiter with Manpower Staffing; and prior to that, a Career Coach with American InterContinental University.

She also previously held the role as corporate recruiter for Des Plaines Office Equipment, one of the companies now part of Pulse Technology.

She earned a bachelor's degree in fine arts from the Illinois Institute of Art, and enjoys painting and drawing.
