Country Inn Suites in Naperville sold

CBRE said it has arranged the sale of the 143-room Country Inn & Suites located at 1837 Centre Point Circle in Naperville.

Located along I-88, the Country Inn & Suites commands visibility and is proximate to several notable business parks and employment clusters, allowing for convenient access to the city's top employers. Naperville features one of the largest office concentrations outside of downtown Chicago, primarily centered along the Illinois Technology and Research Corridor.

CBRE Hotels' Nate Sahn, senior vice president, represented the owners, Hospitality Properties Trust, in the sale of the asset. The buyers are planning a renovation of the asset.

The hotel offers a fitness center, indoor pool and a 24-hour business center.
