Marcus & Millichap sells LaGrange apartments

LAGRANGE - Marcus & Millichap said it has sold a 23-unit apartment property in La Grange, according to Steven D. Weinstock, regional manager of the firm's Chicago Oak Brook office.

Terms of the sale were not announced. The property is located at 34-36-38 and 42 S. Waiola Ave., less than a half-mile from two train stations and three blocks from the heart of downtown La Grange. The property consists of one 17-unit building and one six-unit building. The 17-unit building is comprised of one one-bedroom/one-bathroom unit and 16 two-bedroom/one-bathroom units. The six-unit building is comprised of all two-bedroom/one-bathroom units. Residents enjoy one parking space per unit, one storage space per unit and on-site laundry in each building.
