Northridge Group adds two to leadership team

ROSEMONT - The Northridge Group Thursday said it has appointed two new leaders to its executive team. Carla Carry has joined the company as chief growth officer, while Laura Inniss has been promoted to chief human capital, diversity and inclusion officer.

Carry most recently served as chief marketing officer at PSAV, a global leader in event experiences. She also held senior leadership roles at Adtalem Global Education, including general manager at DeVry University, and vice president of marketing and product management at Becker Professional Education.

Inniss has been an executive consultant and member of the Northridge team since 2009. She is a seasoned executive with demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, innovation and the implementation of technical and organizational initiatives, the company said.
